UI UX Developer

About the Role

Saivamshi Jilla, a dynamic and growing Indian SMB based in Mumbai, is actively seeking a highly skilled and passionate UI UX Developer to join our innovative Design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of user-centric design principles to shape the digital experiences of our products. You will be instrumental in transforming complex ideas into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop compelling user interfaces and experiences for our diverse range of web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and iterate design solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and final design assets using Figma, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and adherence to brand guidelines and design systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our design capabilities.
• Champion user experience best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Exceptional proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, responsive designs for both websites and mobile applications.
• Proven expertise as a user experience expert, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand design feasibility and limitations.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Prior experience in an SMB or startup environment, showcasing adaptability and proactive problem-solving.
